How it work?

SafeGuard - a set of hardware and software that automatically analyzes the position and trajectory of cranes, located cargoes and prevents them from colliding with each other and other objects, completely eliminating the human impact.

Laser rangefinders are mounted on the crane bridge and on the cart. They are used to determine the coordinates of the crane and the load in space.

The program sets the distances for pre-braking and emergency alarms. If parts of the crane or the load are approaching external objects, the system gives a pre-braking command.

When the distance reaches a critical distance, the system gives a signal to stop the crane. Further movement will only be possible in the opposite direction from the impact.

04.

It is possible to create a map of the area in which the crane works and draw stationary and dynamic obstacles on it, in respect of each of which to set the program behavior of the crane - prohibition of entry, entry with restriction of speed, etc.
